15 Nov Happy Tail for Nike (FKA Green Day)
“We wanted to update you on how Nike (formerly Green Day) is doing. We adopted him shortly after our beloved pittie mix Styx passed at 16. His picture popped up during the peak of our grief and he just felt right.
When meeting him he was so joyous, welcoming, and playful. After many conversations and tears – a cat introduction- we decided he would be a good fit for us. We are in love with this snuggle bug! He is doing amazing in his training classes, just started doggie daycare, and gets lots of walks and treats. He has been a light in our lives. He has a weird obsession with being under the couch, is convinced he can catch flying geese, and enjoys playing with sticks in the yard. We are so thankful this beautiful soul found us. We are so grateful to his fosters for starting a strong training foundation
