“My name is Ellie B, and my boyfriend, Adam, and I recently adopted Hutchinson from 4 Luv of Dog Rescue. Here is our story:
We had been talking about getting a dog for several months, and decided to begin volunteering at 4 Luv of Dog Rescue with the hopes of meeting our forever furry friend. We completed our orientation and were helping with a community event when we met Hutchinson. He immediately melted our hearts with his sweet personality and slobbery kisses! After the event, we immediately filled out the adoption paperwork and waited on tenterhooks for two weeks as everything was processed and our home was verified to be appropriate for housing a dog. Finally, finally, FINALLY we got to see Hutchinson again, and spent some time playing with him and the other dogs at his foster’s house. We fell for him so hard, and the foster gave us the green light, so the next day we were able to bring him home and begin the process of letting him adjust to a new life and a new place.
It has been such a joy to welcome Hutch into our family, and seeing him relax and show his true personality has been such an amazing journey. Hutch loves going on runs, exploring new places, going on long walks, meeting new friends, and taking car rides with the windows cracked. We are so thankful for 4 Luv of Dog Rescue and all the work they do to protect these dogs in need and find them forever homes. We cannot recommend adopting enough, and your furry friend is out there waiting for you!!”
