Fostering for 4 Luv of Dog Rescue has been one of the most fun, rewarding experiences of our lives. Already the proud owners of 2 rescue dogs, my husband and I began considering the idea of fostering in early 2022. Unfortunately, our resident Old Lady dog doesn’t always get on so well with other adult dogs, so we erroneously assumed we couldn’t help.

Later that year, when I saw a post from 4 Luv asking for puppy fosters, I reached out. I didn’t realize we could specify!

26 puppies later, we’re still here and loving it. Sure, there are tough moments, and perpetual potty training isn’t exactly our favorite thing, but snuggling these sweet souls and seeing them off to their forever families is SO rewarding.

I tell all of my adopters that the unofficial contract requirement is that I need periodic pictures, and most of them comply.

It’s been so much fun watching these pups grow up and flourish, all because 4 Luv was able to help. Please consider joining us!
