** Dodger qualifies for our Seniors for Seniors Program. This program places senior dogs (age 8 or older) with senior citizens (age 65 or older) at a reduced adoption fee of $65.00. If you qualify and are interested in participating in this program, please fill out an application online and type "SENIOR" after your name

**  Dodger has been diagnosed with a grade 3 luxating patella of both knees. This means it is possible for the kneecaps to move in and out of the patellar groove. This is a common orthopedic issue in small breed dogs.  At this time it is not painful and does not cause any trouble. Some dogs will live with a medial patellar luxation their entire life with no problems, however in some dogs it can be progressive and surgical intervention may become necessary.
