My name is Shari. I am currently fostering dog #5. Everyone I talk to asks how I am able to bring these dogs in, love them, and let them go. And honestly, it can be hard, but the dogs I’ve fostered have gone to amazing homes. They are so loved, and I know that they are so happy with their new families. I get to see photos and updates of their new lives. Knowing that each dog that finds their forever home, allows me to help another dog. I love knowing I’m helping a dog feel safe and loved while they wait for their new family. And sometimes they don’t need to wait that long; foster #4 found us pretty quickly and became a foster fail. Higgins is now part of our family forever.
